Most smart phones come with awesome cameras but sometimes you want the real thing. We love our point and shoot ones!
If you have a laptop that weighs less than 5 lbs - bring that one!
We always bring some "emergency food" with us. You never know when those hunger pains will strike! This is especially important for those on restricted diets!
It's always good practice to print out those necessary documentations when you travel. You never know when you'll need them!
Most places will take credit/debit cards but it never hurts to carry some cash with you. And it'll save you on those darn ATM fees!
We always dress in layers at conferences. Conference rooms can be really cold or warm depending on the locale so we also recommend bringing a light jacket or coat.
