I used to devour a whole packet in a sitting when I was a kid!
So, I came up with my own vegan, gluten free version.
The biscuits ๐ช are made using almond flour, coconut sugar, coconut oil, flax egg, and almond butter.
The centre is a combination of dark melted chocolate, ๐ซalmond butter and coconut cream.
And there you have it - Wholesome Bellies' Not Quite Kingstons.

Rigatoni tossed through a tomato sauce with roasted eggplant, garlic, and basil. And then topped with fried eggplant ๐ fries.
