File repositories are like weeds-they grow fast, are difficult to control and can choke the life out of everything around them. It's easy to wish the weeds of your SharePoint environment didn't exist, but let's be realistic: People love creating documents, and SharePoint stores documents.
So today I had to do some housekeeping for users who uploaded documents to SharePoint libraries and forgot to check them in and it got me thinking "how can I avoid this in the future?".
Back on May 1st I started a new SharePoint consulting gig. Right out of the gate (literally my 3rd day) I was introduced to a client who needed a proposal process automated. Sounds simple, right? After further discovery and analysis and going way beyond the 24 hours of estimated time I learned this InfoPath project was going to be, let's say a challenge!

"Activity leading to increased efficiency" Or "People working together to achieve a common goal" Or maybe even, "Improving team outcomes by participating in common tasks according to best practices."
