Tiger Hill

Tiger hill, also known as Surging sea hill covers a vast area of 14100 square metres and is 36 metres high. This beautiful space dates back to almost 2500 years and is an example of 'big treats coming in a small package'. There are several attractions in this spot and it ranges from the Tiger Hill Pagoda, the tomb of King He Lu, Sword Testing Stone and Sword Pool, the Lu Yu Well, Wanjing Villa, and much more, so you can make a day out of this spot before you head back to your luxury hotel in Suzhou, the likes of Pan Pacific Suzhou. Pingjiang Road, Suzhou

This road stretches for a whopping 1606 metres and is parallel to the Pingjiang river. Lined with typical houses of ancient Suzhou, this street is known for its phenomenal and awe-inspiring architecture. The white walls and black tiles are representative of elegant Chinese architectural homes. On this road you'll come across several bookshops, the Pingtang museum, local opera theatres, and much more which are the prime attractions you should include in your list. Zhuo Zeng Yuan, SuzhouZhuo Zeng Yuan, Suzhou

Zhuo Zeng Yuan or the Humble Administrator's Garde is the most famous of all the gardens in Suzhou. The garden covers a large area of 52,000 square meters and is the largest of its kind. The gardens were originally built in the 16th century and are the site of many floral exhibits such as the Azalea Festival. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the garden was created upon the old relics of a resident and a temple, huge halls, natural landscapes, small forests, hills, and water bodies which adds to the beauty of the gardens. As this is a huge area, you'll be walking a lot so make sure you have your walking shoes on!

Panmen Scenic Area

A top-rated tourist attraction in China, this historic site offers the best of views. The attractions within this area include the Ruigung Pagoda, Panmen City Gate, and Wumen Bridge. There are also other attractions such as the Hall of Sirui, Premier Wi Zixu's Memorial Temple, and Century Bell of Tang among much more. There's also a chance for you to indulge in Chinese activities such as bell tolling and acrobatics!

Liu Yaan

Also known as Liu Lingering Garden, this garden spreads over 23,000 square meters and was originally a private garden. Built in the Qing style, the beauty the garden possesses is hard to forget. The garden is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has a history of over 400 years!
