This 20th movie of the Pokemon series brings the fan back to the 10th birthday of Satoshi. As he overslept, he was late for his first Pokemon choosing date. Every Pokemon had found their trainer except Pikachu. Satoshi had no choice but to get Pikachu as his teammate. After some arguments, Pikachu and Satoshi finally get on well with each other and became best friend.
This is the first and also the top Pokemon movie you should not miss. It was released in 1998 and it quickly became a phenomenon in Japan. In this film, Satoshi and his friends travel to an island to battle with a superior Pokémon trainer. However, on this island, they discover the genetically engineered Pokémon Mewtwo, created by a scientist for Giovanni of Team Rocket, is there.
