Show Notes
This weeks guest is my fellow Irishman Kevin McDonnell who grew up in Swinford, Co. Mayo a short distance from 3 of my 4 grandparents. Kevin is today based in the UK where he runs a successful property investment and training business. Despite being Irish I 'discovered' Kevin when I joined ClubHouse and immediately recognised his accent. He has a great story about his disastrous foreign property investments and having to learn how to invest in property with no money down. This episode is packed with value - Listen and enjoy!
