My daughter and I took the best 23 hour road trip ever to be a part of this phenomenal event. We learned so much about taking care of our bodies for us to be our best selves. The speakers were awe-inspiring! The conference for me was reminiscent of days long ago when people gathered who were like-minded around the truth. It was freeing, inspiring, and so much fun to meet people I had been communicating with for nearly three months. It was great to see them in person and to share a hug!
