    FODMAP is an acronym for fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols, or fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols. They are short-chain carbohydrates that are resistant to digestion.

    If you have IBS-Irritable Bowel Syndrome, then you should follow a Low FODMAP diet.
