When a company decides to take on a mascot, they often debate on what kind of animal it should be. The CEO wants one thing, while the board of directors wants another, and they eventually have to come to some sort of compromise. If they cannot decide on a particular animal, they may as well combine the animals into one eye-catching specimen that will represent their brand for years to come. Here are some examples of how a fusion animal could serve as a powerful communicator for digital marketing in Utah.
Combining a lion and a small puppy conveys the message that the company is both fierce and friendly at the same time. A startup law firm looking to promote themselves on the digital market in Utah may consider this interesting animal fusion, for it says that the lawyers are amiable in person and fierce to get their clients the money they deserve. The lion-dog says “Look, but don't touch. You will get sued.”
The humming bird is a small creature that flaps its wings hundreds of times per second, and is also a harmless bird. A crocodile, on the other hand, is fearsome, snide, and dangerous. Combining these brings a creature that, if it mass-produced, would probably terrorize everyone in Utah. That makes it the perfect digital marketing mascot for a pest control company.
The grace and serenity of an eagle, combined with the ferocity of a winter wolf, makes a truly majestic digital marketing mascot. The name of such a creature would be hard to come up with, for names like “weagle” and “eagolf” simply don't sound right. If a movie production company were to adopt the name “Eagle-Wolf Productions,” however, that would sound more fitting.
The falcon-frog: An imaginative fusion, this animal seems like something out of a Dr. Seuss book. For one to even think of combining these two animals borders on absurd, but the result is an eclectic combination that may appeal to certain segments in digital marketing. If a children's book publisher decided to start up in Utah, they may consider adopting the falcon-frog as their mascot on the back of the cover.
This is definitely a bizarre combination. Yet, it also looks like something one would see on a Japanese candy wrapper. That may actually be the prefect mascot for an “unusual” candy vendor that sells strangely shaped animal sweets.
