Kuala Lumpur is a busy and lively city with a vibrant nightlife. With big fancy bars and restaurants lining the Golden Triangle, nightclubs and famous karaoke clubs in Chinatown, Bangsar, and Hartamas; there's plenty for everybody! Here is a list of places to check out after dusk!

If you are looking for a peaceful night out, stop by a local coffee shop, or the Kopitiam, where locals go for Chinese food, tea, or coffee late at night. It's a very well known day and night bar that has a laid-back and cool vibe throughout the day but transforms into a party hotspot at night. The place serves both Malay and Western cuisine, and Happy Hour is typically from 6 to 10 p.m. Drinks are priced at 8 RM and are ideal for shisha or a game of pool. It will not get better than this! Therefore, don't miss out on it, if you don't want to regret it!
