Employers must act to promote well-being after study shows four-fifths are at risk

A sedentary existence is having a detrimental effect on the life expectancy of 86 per cent of British employees, according to a new study. The 'Britain's Healthiest Company Report', by PruHealth and consultancy Mercer, revealed that the majority of workers had a 'health age' of 4.1 years above their biological age.

London workers the happiest with their job, says research

New research has found that the majority of those who work in London are happy with their jobs, according to onrec.com. According to the study, which was carried out by credit card company Capital One, 71 per cent of people with jobs in London said they enjoyed their work.
