Pattaya Beach

Among the many Pattaya things to do, the beach is definitely a beauty to cherish. A four kilometre stretch of pristine seacoast, there's a lot you can do to keep yourself occupied! Beach sports, water sports, adventure sports, diving boats, parasailing, scuba diving and much more are available on the beach. So, if you're looking for some adventure, you're pretty much at the right place! Along with the exciting water sports, there are also several food outlets, stalls, cafes and restaurants catering to all budgets; ideal for the foodies! Take a stroll, get a tan on and read your favourite book while you're there.

Walking Street

This is an entertainment and red-light street in Pattaya. Walking Street comes alive after the night sets in, and is definitely one of the top things to do when in Pattaya. Each of the several oddly named streets have something or the other to offer. Apart from the famous night clubs here, there's quite a number of good restaurants to try out delicious food so that you won't go hungry when you're here!

Pattaya Elephant Village

Not too far from Avani Pattaya Resort, the Pattaya Elephant Village is a sanctuary for retired elephants. It offers a unique experience and apart from this, the money collected from the entry frees goes to keeping the elephant home running and ensuring that the elephants are kept happy. The sanctuary was built in 1973 by Khun Phairat, an elephant lover. There are 3 daily shows by elephants, which is a huge success with locals and tourists. There are also reality shows where you can watch an elephant go about its normal life!

Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Gardens

This is a lovely garden spread over a massive 500 acres space is the Chonburi province, on the Sukhumvit Road. The gardens are accessible by taxi, bus or private transport and is a very popular tourist attraction! The garden has things to do for people of all ages and boasts an amazing 4-acre French garden, an animal sculpture garden, a butterfly hill and even a dinosaur valley! Children and adults will both be impressed by the garden and is ideal for a family day out.

The garden's animal kingdom is a huge attraction as it houses various animals like cheetahs, clouded leopards, bison, crocodiles, rabbits and much more.

Flight of the Gibbon

If you're up for the challenge, there's a zip line that takes you through the natural rain forest habitat and is definitely a top thing to do! Flight of the Gibbon is the zip line operator who takes you on an adventure trip over the amazing rainforests, and you're likely to be surrounded by forests. There are different lengths for the zip line, each priced different. The Chiang Mai is one of the longest and highest zip lines over virgin forests!
