I was experiencing trouble with my ford focus which is understandable because in the few years I have had it I have acquired over a hundred thousand miles on it so I knew it needed to receive check ups on a regular basis. Ford Utah dealers have such great phone support, I simply called them, spoke to a trained professional and gave them the symptoms of my vehicle and they immediately identified the problem. This is the kind of customer service I was looking for.

I expect customer service even after I drive my car off the lot which is definitely an aspect most dealerships lack. I realized this and wanted to be sure that my local ford dealer was going to be available if I ran into any problems with my vehicle. I would rather take it to one of their shops who knows the ins and outs of their vehicles than to some local shop. I absolutely loved the customer service I received at the ford dealership and was completely satisfied with my purchase.
