Bequia

This is the second-largest island of the Grenadines. It is a popular destination for yachting. It is a safe and friendly place to visit, and popular attractions include Port Elizabeth located on Admiralty Bay. This happens to be the main business centre as well. On the southern side, there are quite a few restaurants and charming shops to browse through. The Bequia Maritime Museum is an interesting place to learn the history of the island. Princess Margaret Beach is on the southern end of Port Elizabeth, it is a pretty beach secluded by a stone outcrop. Lower Bay is a great spot for snorkelling and the Firefly Plantation tour is a popular attraction in Bequia. Here, you get to walk throughout the lush plantation and taste freshly plucked fruit such as breadfruit, guava, mangoes, coconuts, and bananas. There is also 280 old sugar mill, there you get to crush and make fresh sugar cane juice.

Snorkelling in Tobago Cays

In the south of Grenadines five little, isolated islands make up the Tobago Cays Marine Park. These island beaches are preserved by reefs and have a peaceful atmosphere and crystal waters ideal for snorkelling and diving. The coral reefs are home to a rich variety of marine life.
One can spot sea turtles, stingrays, shoals of reef fish and barracudas. It's a popular spot for many boaters as well.

Mayreau

This tiny island of Mayreau can only be accessed by boat and its length is only 2.5 sq kilometres. Salt Whistle Bay is a highlight here and is one of the loveliest bays in the Caribbean. The bay is a favourite for boats, and its sandy white beach is perfect for sunbathing. Several local sells a range of snacks and souvenirs for a quick bite along the shore.

Volcano hiking tour

On the island of St. Vincent, a guided hike to La Soufrière volcano crater should be part of your itinerary. The volcano rises 1,234 meters and is the highest peak at St Vincent. The volcano remains active, it last erupted in 1979.
There are two types of trails, one is the leeward trail, which takes around six to eight hours for both trips. The easier is the windward trail, where a round trip takes about three to four hours. You will get to learn many fascinating things about the landscape and its animals, as narrated by your guides. Many spectacular scenes of the encircling countryside can be stopped at the crater summit.

Union island

Union island is surrounded by impressive volcanic peaks and is the southerly port of entry to St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The island is also a gateway to the other islands.
Ashton and Clifton are the two main villages on the island. Ashton is the starting point for many hikes and trails into the surrounding hills. Clifton has the most tourist amenities, with quite a few restaurants, a marina, shops, and an airport. Popular commercial airlines such as interCaribbean Airways is a popular option for flights between Caribbean islands. Nightlife is quite active here as well. The best beaches on the islands are Belmont Bay and Richmond Bay on the northern coast.
