Lake Manyara National Park has the largest concentration of baboons in the world. This park offers a range of activities, including canoeing, wildlife drives, bird watching and mountain bike tours.
A paradise for snorkelers and divers, Mafia Island National Park is another wonder of Tanzania. The marine life here is spectacular. If you are a diver, October to March is the best period for you to visit this island. The marine park is popular for its coral gardens and the wide variety of fish. You can also see many birds here.
