Ibn Battuta is the largest shopping mall in Dubai that attracts every single traveller and tourist who comes to Dubai. Apart from spending time in the mall here are some activities you can do around when you are in the area.

Oasis Centre

If you did not get tired of shopping and you feel like you have more time and energy to continue the shopping spree you can head towards the Oasis Centre for more shopping. Not located too far from most common hotels such as Avani Ibn Battuta Hotel Dubai that are popular among tourists the location is perfect for a casual meal as well since there is a large food court with over 200 different stalls.

TEPfactor Dubai

Trying out the activities at TEPfactor is on the list of things to do in Ibn Battuta for most people who visit Dubai as it is an enjoyable experience for families with kids or even loved ones on their honeymoon. The adventure includes 21 different challenges which can be taken up in a team or 2 up to 6 people or you can battle it out individually to see who comes in first. The theme park is open only from midday to the night making the experience even more exciting. Apart from the fun, you will also get to see how your practical knowledge, logic and patience work when it comes to handling the challenges.

Gurunanak Dabar Sikh Temple

The Gurunanak Dabar Sikh Temple is a place for solidarity, peace, love, and understanding leaving aside any differences of religion, caste, class, or creed. The location was provided by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in order to build the Sikh place of worship as they did not have such a place till this holy building was constructed. The place can be toured with or without a guide at specific times during the day. The building and the activities hold Guinness World Records for several factors including giving out the most number of food packs as donations. The location can also be booked for weddings and religious celebrations and on these days access is denied for outsiders in order to prevent any disturbance to the private event.

Zero Gravity

This high-end location is perfect for a day to night getaway from the busy exploring schedule on your itinerary. There are benches, day beds and tables which come with a stunning view of the sea alongside delicious beverages and food. The bar is popular for night time activities as the surrounding gets lit-up with neon lights and other decorations that will make you have an unforgettable experience. Zero Gravity is a great place to go and relax after a long day of shopping or sightseeing and it is a great place for children as well since there is a separate kids pool.

AquaFun is the largest waterpark in the world which has an inflatable obstacle course. The amazing factor about the water park is that it is open all year-round and the obstacle course spells out 'I love Dubai' when looked at it from an ariel view. There are easy activities which are suitable for kids and some activities which are a little more advanced for adults and extremely difficult obstacles for those who enjoy a challenge. For those fitness fanatics, this is a great workout as it is said you will be able to burn about 800-1200 calories from about an hour in the obstacle course.
