Most Attractive 5 Places To Discover in Redcliffe, Qld - 5 Unforgettable places in Redcliffe

If you are heading to Brisbane you should definitely make your way towards Redcliffe as there is so much to explore and discover and given below are five things you should definitely make time for.

1

Bee Gees way

You cannot visit Redcliffe and not visit the Bee Gees way. The first area of the Bee Gees way was opened in 2013 and the extension was opened in 2015 with Barry Gibb at the event. The walks way has over sixty photographs with descriptions and also 13 different album covers of the popular music group. There are also statues and other artifacts with which you can pose and take photographs. At the end of the walkway, there is a cafe themed to the Bee Gees and also a souvenir shop for those who wish to take a little something along with them.

2

Settlement Cove Lagoon

The settlement Cove Lagoon is a natural pool that is perfect for those who wish to experience a quiet and calm day away from tourists and the hustle and bustle of everyday city life. There is also a smaller wading pool with a fenced enclosure which is ideal for kids so the whole family can spend the day near the Settlement Cove. There are several restaurants and cafes so you have nothing to worry about in case you did not bring a snack. The lagoon is open 24 hours a day and there are lifeguards during the peak hours so you know you are in safe hands. However, during public holidays and during school holidays the area does tend to get busy with many locals making their way towards the lagoon.

3

Redcliffe Inflatable Water Park

It seems like a location for children but when you see the Inflatable Water Park as you approach Hornibrook Bridge you will realise it is a great place to spend an entire day with the whole family. There are so many different activities you can try out and it is not too far from many Redcliffe holiday accommodation options so you can visit the Water park several times during your vacation. The park is open daily from 9 am to 7 pm and is less crowded during weekdays.

4

Jetty Markets

The original jetty that was built in Redcliffe is not the first pier to be built in Redcliffe. The first Jetty was built in 1881, the second one in 1885 which was then revamped into an entertainment and game arcade, and then the current jetty which was built from scratch after the second one was no longer redeemable. Properties like Oaks Redcliffe Mon Komo Suites are not located too far from the Jetty Markets which makes it a great location to shop for souvenirs and gifts for yourself or for others.

5

Whale Watching tours

If you love animals, the ocean, and nice sunny weather you will love the experience of a whale-watching cruise. While there are so many different options you can select from it is important to select a service provider that pays attention to the safety of the environment, the ocean, and the marine animals apart from the safety of the customers. The best time to visit Redcliffe if you wish to include a whale-watching expedition is between July to November.
