This high-quality bar is manufactured using the most advanced technology called ‘Thermo Mechanical Treatment’ - a 4% less weight per meter than the normal TMT bars, making it more economical. The process involves rapid quenching of the hot bars through a series of water jets after they roll out of the last mill stand. The bars are cooled, letting the core and surface temperatures to balance.
