Put down your smartphone take a break from the news and enjoy your bath time.
Fill the tub with hot water and take a sea salt bath (2-3 cups sea salt, 3 tbsp. baking soda) add a few drops of essential oils for scent (adding at least 10 drops should scent up your bath nicely) or add some sort of bubbles and slide into the water to immerse your neck for 15-30 minutes. Put on a face mask while you are relaxing in your bathtub. Relax, listen to music that you love and forget everything. This is your time to relax and calm your mind.
