Visit the Japanese Gardens

The Ja Raku En Japanese Garden is perhaps one of the largest of its kind in all of Australia. It is a 4.5-hectare garden located at the Northern part of the University of Southern Queensland only minutes away from Oaks Toowoomba Hotel, one of the most renowned Toowoomba Hotel. It is capped with natural beauty and is home to a waterfall, mountain stream central lake, dry garden and Azalea hill. Furthermore, it also houses numerous native trees from both Australia and Japan. The Cobb + Co Museum

The Cobb + Co makes an integral part of the Queensland Museum and is where you can find the National Carriage Collection featuring an extensive 59 piece collection of horse-drawn carriages in addition to a series of galleries highlighting the history of the town.
