I chose this video because it give teachers and parents a good way to talk to children about what is going on in todays society with BLM.
This relates to our class because of all of our topics on racism and how to prevent it in our classroom.
In this 1992 Oprah Show episode, award-winning anti-racism activist and educator Jane Elliott taught the audience a tough lesson about racism.
Although we watched this video in class I believe it shows a very powerful message and I believe that this is a good example of a lesson that I can teach my future students. This lesson teaches how people of different eye color treat each other and why its so impactful.

I chose this book because I think it would be great to have in my classroom for younger readers so they can understand that everyone is different and unique in their own way.
This relates to our class because it teaches lessons about different cultures and how everyone should respect their own opinions and beliefs.
This book gives teachers tips and tricks on how they can help create a positive and interactive classroom for their students. As a future teacher, I don't know much about how to set up a classroom so this book would help me out a lot.
This relates to our class because of everyones learning styles. It will help show how you can group those learners together so they can be active in the classroom giving off their best work.

This video gives many different tips and tricks on how to help ELL learners. This is important because you don't want any of your students to fall behind so watching this video helps me as a future teacher give me ways on how I can best assist them.
This relates to our class by finding ways not to leave any student out and help them achieve their goals.
I chose this book to have in my classroom to teach my students about immigrants and how they are stereotyped as "bad people" when in reality they are not. I think this would be a great book to use as a lesson and teach students not to stereotype people.

These are gifts that you, as a parent, are the best equipped to provide and are ones that will stay with him throughout his life.
This article gives many ways that parents can help their student at home. I can use this in my classroom by adding it to a newsletter so that the parents can be involved in their students learning.
This fits well with this class because it falls under the category of no student being left behind and how we should help assist every student the best we can.
This video goes over a few different types of disabilities in the classroom and how teachers can make arrangements to help those students who need extra help. This video is very informative and I think it is a great video to show the other teachers at the school I will work at so they can get ideas too.
Throughout this semester disabilities came up a couple times and I think as future teachers we should start to learn now how we can help every child in the classroom and not leave one out to fall behind.

This would be a great book for teachers to read so they can teach their students to be positive which will help them boost up their work ethic.
