You can also visit Ngar Htet Gyi Pagoda, locates on the opposite side to view the statue of the sitting Buddha.

The is a small temple that has been constructed to shelter the Sacred Tooth of Lord Buddha. This temple isn't visited much by crowds, therefore the atmosphere here is rather calm and peaceful. You will be able to admire the architecture and other works of art with no hassle at all.

This is a temple that was built in 2002 and the statue of the sitting Buddha here has been sculpted completely out of white marble. Inside the temple, you will find whiter elephants too.

Mushmeah Yeshua Synagogue is the only Jewish place of worship for the entire district of Yangon. Although it is small, there is so much history that surrounds the place.

You can pick from fried dough, fried fish cakes, fried gourd or Mandalay beans. Laphat Thote is a salad that is also called tea leaf salad. This can be found at small eateries, tea shops and even at hotels like PARKROYAL Yangon. Kyay-Oh is vermicelli soup with a meat of your choice, but chicken is the most popular. These three dishes are the most loved here.
