Saying you’re proud of a student goes a long way! It motivates them to keep working hard!
Acknowledging a student’s hard work makes them feel noticed and appreciated.
Reminding your students they’re doing a good job motivates them to continue doing just that!
If you notice your student had an exceptionally good day- tell them! They’ll be ready to do it again tomorrow.
If a student has been struggling, remind them that they’re improving! Students get just as stressed as teachers do.
Remind them to be confident!
Telling your students how confident you are in them teaches them to be confident in themselves.
Set the bar high so they know they can keep growing!
