What is art journaling? What is art journaling...and how do it do it? I like to think of it as a creative process and nothing more. It can be a visual diary, or it can be art. It can be something spectacular or it can be something very basic.

Right now, I want to talk about how to get started when you don't feel like doing anything creative. Sometimes it's just best to get started and just pick up a brush or a crayon or oil pastel stick, or whatever your favorite color instrument tool to use and find a piece of paper that catch your eye...
