The Knauf Fire Panel, previously known as the Knauf Fire Shield adopts a pink face as a covering. The Knauf Fire Panel Provides superior fire resistance, achieving up to 1-hour fire resistance for one layer & up to 2-hour fire resistance with a double layer. The Knauf Fire Panel comes in thicknesses of 12.5mm & 15mm and is suitable for partitions and dry lining where achieving a fire rating is essential.
The Knauf Wallboard is an ivy faced standard plasterboard which is generally suited to have a plaster finish. For optimum performance is it recommended that the Knauf wallboard is used in association with Knauf specification materials such as; jointing compounds, fixings, metal & plasterboard adhesive, using the full Knauf system will ensure the Knauf warranty is upheld.
