Electropolishing, also known as electrochemical polishing, anodic polishing, or electrolytic polishing (especially in the metallographic field), is an electrochemical process that removes material from a metallic workpiece, reducing the surface roughness by leveling micro-peaks and valleys, improving the surface finish.
Electropolishing: This surface finishing technique is very useful in Pharmacy and Biotech Industry. The electropolishing process done on Stainless Steel gives a very smooth surface with a different Luster. The surface also becomes more corrosion resistance. We can do the Electropolishing of vessels up to 2000 liters capacity.
PTFE Coating: Is a NON-STICK coating done for the different items where 1? Products like Plugs of the Fire hydrant valves, Disc of the safety valves. These vales operation is very rare but when required it has to work. ( PTFE Coating reduces chances of sticking the Valve and the valves become more reliable. Also, this is used for Sealing and heating rollers.
