The appropriately juiced-up action star is the perfect pick for this herculean role.

While not as heavy on the action as some of the others on this list, Agora lends a unique perspective of the crossroads where history and mythology meet.

Old but gold, this classic helped define the fantasy genre in Greek mythology.

One of my favorite standalone movies, especially if you can manage to suspend judgement for its flagrant Hollywood rewriting.

While not quite mythology, the writers added enough fantasy and fictional elements to get it pretty close.

The low-budget works to this movies advantage in realism; I'm pretty sure the ancient Greeks didn't rely on CGI for their biremes.
