When Sage users printing to paperless office through Sage 100 accounting software, but Paperless Office stops responding when printing to Paperless Office. Now please check someone has not manually updated the Amyuni PDF drivers.

**Fix Printer Error 41:
*Go to control panel
*Then, Open Devices and Printers
*Now, Right click on Sage 100 PDF Converter
*Select Printer Properties
*Open Advanced option tab
*Select Amyuni Document Converter 500
