Lie on your back on the floor, putting your hands behind your head. Raise your head and legs off the floor. Begin to pedal your legs as if you were riding a bicycle. While pedaling your legs, the opposite knee and elbow should meet in the middle. Continually changing sides with each rep. This works all over your abdominals and is really good for your obliques.

Slowly let the wheel roll out as far as you are comfortable. Then bring it back to starting position utilizing only your abs to do so. This works your entire core.
