Serves: 8-10
Time: 55 minutes
Base:
•2 cups oats
•1/2 c. Chopped pecans
•1 tsp. Cinnamon
•1 tsp. Baking powder
•1/2 tsp. Salt
•2 c. Blueberries
•3-5 Balance of Nature Fruit Capsules
Milk Mixture:
•2 c. Almond milk
•1/4 c. Maple syrup
•2 T. Flax seeds
•1 T. Coconut oil
In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients. In a small bowl, mix the wet ingredients. In a 9x13 baking dish, pour 1 c. of blueberries into the bottom. Evenly spread the oat mixture in the pan over the blueberries. Pour the milk mixture on top, keeping the mixture even. Add the remaining blueberries on top. You can then add more Balance of Nature Fruit capsule powder on top. Bake at 375 F. for 35-40 minutes.

Chips:
•Whole wheat tortillas
•cinnamon sugar
•butter or coconut oil
Salsa:
•blueberries
•strawberries
•blackberries
•1 T. strawberry jam
•lime juice
• 3 Balance of Nature fruit capsules
Cut your tortillas in triangles. Brush each side with coconut oil or butter. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar. Bake at 425 F. for 8 minutes, flip the chips and bake for another 8 minutes. Cut up strawberries and mix fruit together.

•2 cups oats
•1 C. Peanut butter
•1/4 C. Honey
•pinch of salt
•1 C. Vanilla Greek yogurt
•2 Balance of Nature Fruit capsules
•fruit to decorate- strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, apples, bananas, etc.
Mix peanut butter, honey, and salt. Add in small amounts of the oats while mixing. Form cookies, place on wax paper, and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Mix greek yogurt and Balance of Nature Fruit powder. Ice cookies with greek yogurt mixture. Cut up your fruit into small pieces to decorate with.

•1 Egg
•1 Balance of Nature Veggie capsules
•Cilantro
•Hot Sauce
Toast your bread. Turn stove to medium heat. In a medium frying pan, add non-stick cooking spray or 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Crack the egg and cook on both sides. Mash the avocado and mix in powder from 1 Balance of Nature Veggie capsule. Take your avocado mixture and spread it on your toast. Add the egg and top it off with cilantro and hot sauce.

Blend strawberries, avocado, mango, banana, and almond milk. Sprinkle in Balance of Nature Fruit powder. Blend well and enjoy!

•4 oz. whole-wheat spaghetti
•2 avocados
•Juice from 1 lemon
•1/2 c. Basil
•1 T. Olive oil
•1 Balance of Nature Veggie capsule
•Walnuts
Boil 4 cups of water. Add in the pasta and boil until the pasta is soft. In a blender add avocados, lemon juice, basil, and olive oil. Blend until the mixture is smooth. The pesto should be somewhat thick. Top your cooked pasta with the pesto and add walnuts.

•3 eggs
•1/4 c. Almond milk
•1 tsp. cinnamon
•A pinch of coconut flakes
•3 Balance of Nature Fruit capsules
Mix all ingredients together. Cook on medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Top with blueberries, raspberries, and syrup.

•2 T. refried beans
•1 T. guacamole
•Pinch of chopped onions
•1 T. chopped tomatoes
•⅛ c. cheese
•Pinch of cilantro

Spread refried beans and guacamole on the tortilla. Top with onions, tomatoes, cheese, and cilantro. Crack open a Veggie capsule and spread the powder. Fold the tortilla, cook on both sides until golden brown and the cheese inside is melted. Top with salsa, sour cream, and cilantro.

•1 zucchini
•1 cup pizza sauce
•3 Balance of Nature Veggie capsules
•½ c. Basil Pesto
•1 ½ c. mozzarella cheese
•1 8 oz. can black olives
•More toppings: Fresh basil, spinach, pineapple, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, etc.
Preheat oven to 450 F. Cut zucchini into thin slices. Mix Balance of Nature Veggie capsules with pizza sauce. Apply pizza sauce to zucchini slices. Top sauce with pesto, cheese, and olives. Bake for 8 minutes and broil for 2 minutes.
Sweet n’ Spicy Cauliflower
Serves: 2-4
Time: 30 minutes
Sauce:
½ c. vegetable broth
¼ c. soy sauce
3 T. rice vinegar
2 T. brown sugar
1 pinch crushed red pepper
5-6 cloves garlic (minced)
3 Balance of Nature Veggie capsules
Other:
1 T. oil
1 small head cauliflower
¼ c. corn starch
Mix sauce. Chop cauliflower into bite size pieces. Heat oil in a medium pan. Put cauliflower in pan and pour half the sauce and half of the corn starch over the top. Stir until mixed. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes of until the cauliflower is soft. Pour the rest of the sauce and corn starch over the cauliflower. Add more crushed red pepper (optional). Serve over brown rice.

Stir Fry
4 cups water
14 oz. rice noodles
1 T. oil
1/2 c. carrots (chopped)
1 c. broccoli florets
1/2 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. bean sprouts
1 c. water chestnuts
1 handful sugar snap peas
3 Balance of Nature Veggies capsules
1/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
Boil 4 cups of water. Cook rice noodles until soft and drain. While noodles are cooking, heat the oil in a large pan. Add vegetables and cover with lid. Once the vegetables are soft, add cooked noodles and stir until combined. Open the Balance of Nature Veggie capsules and the sprinkle powder. Add soy sauce (optional) and mix again. Enjoy!
