In the Annual General Meeting 2020 of Swiss solar equipment supplier that was held on May 13, 2020 without the physical presence of the shareholders at the company's headquarters in Thun, Meyer Burger has made strategic realignment and elected new members to the Board of Directors.
The previous board members Dr. Franz Richter and Andreas R. Herzog were re-elected by the General Assembly.
