MANDATORY QUALIFICATION:
A Graduate degree with some Professional certifications like Financial Risk Management
from “Global Association of Risk Professionals” or a Professional Risk Management Certification from “PRMIA Institute” or if you have 2 years experience on the post of CRO in some institutions.

1. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
   If you have a “CFA” degree by CFA Institute, Chartered Accountant in India, or another equivalent degree from abroad, or Cost and Management Accountant recognized by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, or another degree from abroad equivalent to this.

2. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
   The experience requirement experiences in a bank, financial institutions in fields like Credit Risk, Market risk, Operational Risk, etc.

The compulsory experience requirement is 5 years in a corporate in the field of credit and risk management and at the post of Assistant General Manager or more senior position.

And if a candidate is having good experience and knowledge of operational risk, market risk, liquidity risk will be given more importance.

4.MINIMUM & MAXIMUM AGE CRITERIA:
The minimum age requirement by the bank is 45 years and the Maximum Age requirement is 55 years.

1. TERM PERIOD:
   The contract period for the job prescribed in the notification is 3 years, which can extend up to 1 year, can go maximum up to the term period of 5 years.

2. LEAVE CRITERIA:
   The leave criteria for casual leave is up to 12 days and for the privilege, leave is up to 15 days and the leave should not extend beyond 4 days if the person is taking continuous leave.
