Our Top 10 favorite MCU movies released so far!
The culmination of the most ambitious cinematic saga of all time. Yes the time travel trope rears its' ugly head but it was done in a well thought out and entertaining manner. The final battle was the most epic thing to grace a movie screen. I still get chills when Cap assembles ALL of the Avengers.
It's a tie between Spider-Man Homecoming and Far From Home. Both are on the same level of entertainment value. I chose to go with Homecoming for the fact that this was his first MCU outing. By far the best version of Spider-man ever on screen. Tom Holland nails the role perfectly and the supporting cast is top notch. Both movies have the perfect blend of humor, action, and drama.
The follow up to Ant-Man doesn't miss a beat as it continues the humorous adventures of one of the most underrated characters in comics. The addition of The Wasp makes for a fun dynamic duo. A highly entertaining movie centered around the superhero version of Tag You're It.
This movie is great just for it being the outlet for introducing Black Panther and Spider-Man to the MCU. More of an Avengers' movie than a Cap solo movie, we get to see some of our favorite characters at their best and worst. Team Cap or Team Ironman.... which side are you on?
I hadn't laughed so hard at a movie when I first watched this in a long time. A take on the age old "heist" movie with a superhero twist. The MCU has a way of taking obscure characters from the comics and make them shine on screen. After this movie I couldn't get enough of Ant-Man so I started tracking down and reading his past comics. He's now one of my favorite characters.
The MCU took this outdated character and made him extremely relevant again. This movie made me a Captain America fan once more. A very well written superhero period piece. Nobody else can make for a better Cap than Chris Evans. All I can say is I can watch this all day.
I went into this one with no expectations because I knew next to nothing about these characters. I came out blown away. The action, the humor, and the group's dynamic made for a great journey through their neck of the MCU. It's just a fun movie!
An incredible comeback for Odinson after the lackluster Thor The Dark World. Thor and Loki continued their highly entertaining brotherly rivalry. The supporting cast also shined.
The world and characters in this movie were things I didn't know that I needed until I watched The Black Panther. I loved the concept of a place of such wonder hidden from the world. The way the movie merges tech with African culture and mythologies makes me wish that I was a citizen of Wakanda. T'challa is so much than a king. He's a warrior, a protector, a son, a brother, and that makes for a great character. Wakanda FOREVER!!
Being an Ironman fan since the age of six, I went nuts when this was announced. It couldn't come out fast enough but when it finally did I was not disappointed. The granddaddy of the MCU. If this movie wasn't a success we wouldn't be making lists like this today. The armor looked fantastic and the effects hold up well for being twelve years old. RDJ cast as Tony Stark has to be one of the most perfect castings in movie history. The start of the biggest and most successful project in movie history started with this movie and I still love this movie 3000.
