Simmons and Fletcher was founded by Robert S. Simmons and Keith M. Fletcher in 1979 with a vision of serving clients in the same manner in which they would provide services to the Lord, Himself. It was a high calling. Keith passed in 2019 and Robert in 2020, but their vision lives on in their current partners.
The firm today is headed by three equal partners. Sharon Simmons-Cantrell, the niece of the late Robert S. Simmons, is the President and attorney in charge of the prelitigation department. Attorneys Paul H. Cannon, a Board Certified Personal Injury Trial Lawyer (Texas Board of Legal Specialization) and Christopher "Chris" Keith Fletcher, son of the late Keith M. Fletcher.
