Victoria Peak

Those who spend their holidays at serviced apartments in Hong Kong often go to Victoria Peak specifically because of the views that it provides. But, No- you don't need to climb this mountain on foot as you have taxis or buses to help your reach the peak. But, for a more exciting experience, take the Peak Tram as it is fun and amusing.

Ten Thousand Buddhas Monastery

Even if you are not a Buddhist, you should definitely visit this monastery at least once in your lifetime. Technically (although the name says so), you can't call this place a monastery as no monks live here. But, there are things to be explored such as the golden statues of Lord Buddha. These statues show various poses of Buddha and they contain some unique facial expressions as well.

Hong Kong Disneyland

Well, this one will surely attract the kids! The Hong Kong Disneyland! Compared to the Disneyland parks in other countries, this al kingdom in Hong Kong is new as it was opened to the public in 2005. Kids meet their favourite characters such as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and so many more here. You are also allowed to click a few pictures with these favourite Disney character.

Lamma Island

Lamma Island is truly a great escape from all the chaos of the city. If you have got time, do not forget to have a ferry ride to this relaxing island and do some shopping there while exploring its streets of a completely different vibe. You may also visit one of its beaches such as the Shek Pai Wan Beach that will help you have some time alone without any external disturbances.
