Shooting rifles is a popular sport in Utah. The state has many laws on where you can shoot so that people are kept safe, but there many designated ranges for you to shoot your rifle at. Here is a list of some of the best and safest gun ranges that Utah has to offer:
Rangemasters is a shooting range located in Springville, Utah. It is privately owned, but is open to the general public. They have safe indoor ranges for rifles, muzzle loaders and handguns.
Wasatch Shooters Association is a public shooting range located in Fruit Heights, Utah. Their range is for rifles and pistols, and costs $7.00. This cost is cheaper than most other ranges.
The Park City Gun Club is a safe public shooting range, and is charges a range fee of $18.00. This is one of the most expensive ranges in the state. This is most likely due to the fact that they have three ranges, which is more than most others have. Shooting ranges available here are for handguns, muzzles and rifles.
Another great, but pricier range is Get Some Guns & Ammunition located in Murray, Utah. They are privately owned, and charge a range fee of $15.00. Their indoor ranges are for both handguns and rifles.
