1. Number of times allowed to change the contract term by contract annexes: According to the provisions of law, the term of a labor contract is only modified once only by the appendix of the contract and must not change the type of signed contract (labor contract with definite term, contract under certain seasons or jobs are less than 12 months old).

Except in the case of an extended contractual term for elderly workers, workers are part-time union officials.

1. Fined for wrongly signing contract annexes:
   If the employer changes the contract term more than 01 time by the contract annex or the contract contract term is modified, which changes the type of labor contract signed with the employee, it will be fined:

• From VND 1,000,000 to VND 2,000,000 with violations of 1 to 10 employees;

• From VND 2,000,000 to VND 5,000,000,000 for violations of between 11 and 50 workers;

• From VND 5,000,000 to VND 10,000,000 million for violations of 51 to 100 workers;

• From VND 10,000,000 to VND 15,000,000,000 for violations of 101 to 300 workers;

• From VND 15,000,000 to VND 20,000,000,000 with 301 violations or more
