This is the place where Wan Chai gets creative! For the fashion brand you've been searching for, such as furniture design company OVO Studio, Japanese label R4 and British lifestyle brand Monocle. There are many boutique shops and cafes around here as well along with great cocktail bars. With all this, if you are staying in budget accommodation in Wan Chai this part of the city is good for a leisurely evening stroll that will leave you refreshed.
Open every day from 9 am to 6 pm, Tai Yuen Street Market is also a nice place to visit with toy shops around. There barbies and lego bricks for the best prices you could find! Much cheaper than the department stores, that's for sure! There are also a few hawkers selling clothes and other small knickknacks as souvenirs.
This is a small mall that is more focused on dining rather than shopping. However, there are a few shops that are open here. Deli is open to serve imported goods and the Chinese Arts and Crafts shop is ideal for growing artists.
Although not the most exciting or enjoyable shopping experience, this is the best place to hit if you are in search of some of those modern-day gadgematics. Laptops, SD card, waterproof cameras, you name it they have it! With so many shops around, this is a great place to bargain and get your money's worth!

The prices here are competitive as well, but the range of products that are available aren't as many as those at Wan Chai Computer Centre. Still, Oriental 188 Shopping Centre is popular among gamers who come looking for consoles and other items.
If you are a fan of fashion and major designer brands, this mall has 4 storeys full of it all. Hermes, Fendi, Cartier, Chanel and other classy world-famous brands can be found here. Dining and cinema options are available too.
If you would like to see the fresh produce of Hong Kong, the best place to be is the Wan Chai Wet Market. It's just a 10-minute walk from Dorsett Wanchai Hong Kong and other hotels.
