answers 1:ive had that before. u need to either squeeze it constantly or put a medication on it
answers 2:Go see a doctor! or a dentist. I've never heard of this. I highly doubt it's cancer since you are only 14. But i'm sure you're fine. : but yeah, go to the doctor.
