When should I stop wearing rubber bands for my Braces?

Before I had an underbite, then I used my rubber bands and it became an overbite, then now they are all aligned and when I bite down my top and bottom front teeth are on eachother. Should I keep wearing my rubber bands?

You need to follow your orthodontist's instructions. If you're not sure if you should be wearing them, call the office and ask.
