I just made my yeast free bread. I have been reading a lot of gluten-free recipes that use almond and coconut flours because the almond flour has more protein than the traditional gluten-free flours. I made this loaf of bread with almond and coconut flour as well as some flax-seed meal.

It is grapefruit season. We really enjoy fresh grapefruit and are always disappointed when the season ends. When they are on sale, I buy the large bags of grapefruit and store them in the garage - there is not enough room in the frig for 20 or 30 pounds of grapefruit.
