Cruise along Chao Phraya River by night. The river in central to Thai life and watch this lively city light up as darkness descends. It may get touristy but a boat ride will be a worthwhile experience and you are bound to encounter some fantastic views of the city.

Head to the streets to sample some of the best street food the city has to offer. Some of these delicacies are only available during the evening and later in the night. The best time to go scouting is between 7.00 pm and 12.00 am. Popular street food places include Chinatown, Ratchada and Samyan.
