The Ultimate Must-Pack Checklist For Comic Con

So you're off to Comic-Con? But do you have everything you need for the day? Here's our ultimate guide of everything you need to take to Comic-Con!

1

Your Comic Con Ticket!

Your Comic Con Ticket!

Obviously the most important thing to bring with you on the day! Keep it safe.

Most conventions have an e-ticket system, where you can show the tickets on your phone. However, I would always make sure to have a physical copy just in case. The same is true for the opposite way round.

Always have backups! Sometimes the WiFi or signal can be patchy at convention halls, so you may struggle to download it. Or you could lose your ticket on route. Prepare for every eventually!

A Marker Pen Or Two

A Marker Pen Or Two

You're probably going to end up getting something signed by someone at some point.

So, make sure you have a couple of marker pens just in case!

Most tables will be well-stocked with black sharpies. But, if you have a dark piece of merchandise, a black sharpie isn't going to show up. We recommend having a silver or gold marker pen, so that signatures show up clearly.

Notepad

Notepad

There's going to be so much going on! You're going to want a notepad to write down anything you don't want to miss.

We recommend going to the old fashioned route, rather than relying on your phone. WiFi and 4/5G signal is often too weak to upload to cloud drives. Plus you don't want to waste your phone battery.

4

Bottles of Water

Convention Centres are hot places! The strongest air-con in the world can't battle through a hot convention hall. You're going to get very dehydrated. So, make sure you have lots of bottled water. Bonus points if you take a reusable bottle. Bonus bonus points if it's a thermal bottle to keep your water cold.

5

Non-meltable Snacks

Non-meltable Snacks

Convention centres get hot. This means anything chocolate is going to melt. That said, you need to keep your sugar-levels up somehow! We recommend bringing some gummy bears, mints, or cereal bars to keep your energy up.

Battery Packs/Portable Phone Chargers

You're going to be taking a load of photos, Googling stuff, and messaging people. Your phone battery will take a hammering!

Bring a decent portable phone charger with you so your phone doesn't run out of battery!

Plasters

Plasters

You could have the comfiest trainers in the world, but chances are you're going to get blisters. Or a paper cut. Or something that needs a plaster.

Plasters are always a great thing to take with you. Especially if you can get some themed ones!
