I will use this tool as a form of representation and understanding in my classroom. In the future I plan on teaching in a state where there is a low percentage of minorities, therefore in having this my students will be able identify with and understand cultures of many minorities.

In my future classroom, I will happily use ClassDojo. ClassDojo will not only help the children stay motivated and have fun, but I will be able to consistent communication with parents. In relation to our class, it is important o establish a sense of comfort and understanding in the classroom. I will use this resource to help explain away misconceptions and develop an understanding of diversity. As discussed in class, there are multiple ways people type others through stereotypes and generalizations.

The following stereotype examples illustrate just what a stereotype is. Racial remarks, sexual remarks, and gender remarks are the biggest stereotypes.
As someone who constantly undergoes harsh stereotypes, I ensure that I use this resource in my classroom to eliminate its presence in the classroom. In relation to our class, we discussed stereotypes multiple times, and how its effects negatively impact students in and out of class.

In regard to our class, it has discussed that students not only learn form the teacher but from their environment and each other. In my future classroom, I will use this resource to give students and parents options and extra help with the success of the student. This is important, because many families are struggling and there is not always a parent or sibling available to help the student with work.
