Cambridge Day Nursery uses the Early Years Foundation stage to assess your chld's development, observing and guiding the child's development through play.

Our guiding principle is to treat every child as an individual. All our staff are trained to a minimum Level 2 in childcare, the majority are Level 3 and above.

We pride ourselves in providing a healthy and active environment for your child. We offer nutritious food in our five star kitchen.

Our baby room offers completely natural play and real-life experiences. We have a large range of natural resources for the babies to explore.

We incorporate the Early Years Foundation Stage into our daily activities and introduce our children to literacy and numeracy, whilst also encouraging them to be confident and independent explorers.

Cambridge Day Nursery was established in 1978. We have a unique “home from home” environment where your child's personality is nurtured and encouraged to develop, through the Early Years Foundation program.

During the sessions, they take part in activities such as den building, cooking on a fire, using real saws and different tools to cut or make things and we learn about nature.

We use the garden as a room in the nursery, we promote outdoor learning which encourages children to be independent and confident learners.
