Today I am doing something kinda new for me.... Providing dessert for an event on campus! That's right. Your's truly is hosting a dessert bar for the 7th Annual Elevator Pitch Competition. Check out the article about it here > READ ME.
When I think of hosting dinners, I think of Mrs. Dalloway. Everything set up perfectly-platters, food, and flowers-and from that beautiful core, the party flows. Our parties are a couple clicks more improvisational than Clarissa's. Neither bread nor cracker, but with a hearty and crunchy texture, they pair well with foods and make an excellent palate cleanser at wine tastings.
A healthy gluten-free banana cake, made extra delicious with shredded coconut and coconut oil. Sugar-Free. Today marks the last of my series of guest posts for Kelapo Coconut and I admit, I am quite sad about it. They've been wonderful to work with and I love coming up with coconut oil recipes.
This weekend I advance to big girl status and turn 25 years old... If you would have told me 10 years ago where I would be at the age of 25 I would have definitely said, shut the front door!..."I have TWO kids?! I live in Las Vegas??
