  1. Improve your diet Plan
  2. Don’t compromise on sleep
  3. Stay hydrated (Drink up to 12-15 glasses of water every day, to stay hydrated)
  4. Don’t skip on Exercise (A min of 30-45 mins - Practice Meditation, Yoga, and other free hand Exercises)
  5. Destress yourself & talk to your friend or someone close in your family.
  6. Supplements and Immunity Boosting Foods (Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, Elderberry, Turmeric, and Garlic, etc. Increase the intake of Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander and garlic)
  7. Drink herbal tea or decoction of Holy basil, Cinnamon, Black pepper, Dry Ginger, and Raisin.
  8. Avoid Sugar and replace it with Jaggery if needed.
  9. Apply Ghee (Clarified butter), Sesame oil, or Coconut oil in both the nostrils to keep the nostrils clean.
