Top places to visit in Mussoorie

Some of the places which I visited during my Mussoorie trip. Providing information about the certain attractions by which you must visit these. I hope so, you will love it.

Camel's Back Road

Camel's Back Road

Walking from Mall Road to the top of Kulri Bazaar, road consist of Camel’s back road which is about 3 kilometers from ‘Mall Road’. Camel’s back road is usually productive for joggers, travelers and walkers. In the morning time, you will feel the nature of mountains and the air traveling through your soul. After walking through this road you are able to find the answer that’s why the Mussoorie called the ‘Queen of the Hills’. You can hire a rickshaw and horse for a ride. Within the whole road you will find plenty of huts or you can say resting place/viewpoint. There is a Hawa mahal from which you can see the whole Mussoorie city. At the top of the road you will find Camel’s rock and The Historical British Cemetery which are the main attractions point of this place.

First of all as i guess, you all are having question in your mind that’s why this place called ‘Lal Tibba’. The name of this place is because of the red color visuals we see during sunrise and sunset at the Mountain ranges. Lal Tibba Binoculars is located at Landour area in depot Hills which is about 2 kilometers from Mall Road and around 5 kilometers from Mussoorie Road.

From my point of view if you are planning to visit Lal Tibba then, Please be visit during sunrise and sunset for the beautiful environment and scenic view. From this place you can easily see Himalayan Mountain Peaks, Also you can take a look to Mountain Peaks like Badrinath, Kedarnath and Banderpunch from here.

The Mall Road

The Mall Road

Starting from Library Road (Gandhi Chowk) to the number of markets and restaurants all include under Mall Road. A walk will be more enjoyable to complete this Road, the whole walk will take you to the number shops, the number of hotels, number of restaurants and also in the middle of this you will explore some bypass roads which connect Mussoorie to Dehradun, Haridwar and Rishikesh. I am insisting you to go for a walk because when you do so you will find some new things around you like clothes, ornaments and something special for your loved ones. There is a Ritz Cinema Hall where you can book a show to watch.

Gun Hill Point

Gun Hill Point

Gun Hill Point is an awesome place for photographers and for those who want to see Himalayan Ranges at 360-degree view. Himalayan Ranges like Kedarnath, Badrinath, Bunderpunch and Gangotri.

Gun Hill Point located above 500 ft from Mall Road. There are two ways you can climb this Peak either Ropeway or by Walking from your own legs (Trek). When i visited this Peak first time, I went to the top by walking with my friends and seriously when reached there reaction like me and my friends were speechless which means all energy was gone but it was fun with friends.
