Storm Drain Repair/installation
This Storm Drain Renovation was done in Coquitlam B. C.
In this reno we had to pour a new slab after completing the storm drain install. This photo is in mid job, but the end result was fantastic
The customer was very happy and will be coming to us in the future.
Hot Water Tank Repair
both these side by side pictures were installed in Port Moody B. C.
The one on the left is a tankless water heater that has no tank like the traditional water heater on the right.
The regular water heater on the right is what most of our customers are used to having in their homes. We install either one depending on the needs of our customers.
Toilet Repair
Our last toilet repair was a big job performed in Maple Ridge B. C.
The customer had a child who flushed her toy and it clogged the line quite far down the drain. With some effort and elbow grease, we got them up and running in no time.
One happy customer, and one child grounded. lol
Drain Cleaning
We perform Drain Cleaning in almost every city we service, the last job was in Pitt Meadows B.C. where there was a substantial amount of grease plugging the drains.
Please people, remember to wipe up grease from your pans with a paper towel and throw that in the garbage, because if you don't you can plug up your drains quite badly. (Pro tip, running hot water after putting grease down the sink does not help)
Faucet Repair
We do Faucet repair and replacement everywhere, but one job i remember in particular was this one in [https://www.bjohnstonplumbing.com/plumbing-new-westminster), where not only did they need a new faucet,
but the whole sink needed to be replaced due to a large crack underneath. It was not leaking as of the time i arrived, but it would have definitely caused a future leak. Happy we could save them a second visit when that sink would have leaked.
Water Line and Drain Repair
The last Water Line repair we did was in beautiful Anmore B.C.
They had several leaks and we did our best to get the job done quickly and cost effectively. Our customer was extremely happy and said they will call us again for sure the next time a plumbing issue hapens.
That always makes us very happy to hear.
Water Services
This repair was in Pitt Meadows
This customer had their yard filling with incoming water because an existing tree had deep roots that made their way into the lines. This can block them up causing toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs to drain very slow.
We had to completely re-pipe due to breakage and some old broken pipes. I bet they won't plant another tree in the same place. :)
Sump Pump Repair
This little bad boy was having issues with not turning on when it was supposed to. We performed some diagnostics on this unit in Maple Ridge B.C.
The unit was able to be fixed and saved the homeowner some expense as they did not have to replace it. We were very happy to help them out.
Sanitary Services
Digging up Serer lines is a big job. This one was in Coquitlam
The property was very old and it was just time to re pipe the sewer lines. The homeowner felt it was necessary to do before they sold their home, and after we dug it up, we thought so too.
Was a great job, and happy customers. All in a days work.
This Storm Drain is a severely blocked drian. If you notice that your yard seems to not drain water after rainfall in a reasonable amount of time, it probably means your storm drains are plugged up like the one we dealt with in New Westminster that is in this picture.
