Qatar is a delightful country to visit and there are so many different things you see which will make you realise the vast development the country has gone through over the past years.

Museum of Islamic Art

The Museum of Islamic Art is considered an architectural gem and the most visited place in Doha. This museum is the largest museum in Qatar and holds the largest collection of Islamic Art in the world. The museum was designed by the renowned architect I M Pei which adds to the importance of the museum.

Corniche

The Corniche is a wonderful place to go and spend a morning or an afternoon while going for a jog or a bicycle ride or even take a stroll enjoying the waterfront promenade. Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli is located in the vicinity and you can see a beautiful view of the Corniche from the hotel lobby.

The Pearl is a stunning man-made island that is absolutely breathtaking and it displays the development in mankind at each glance. Located offshore of Doha's West Bay Lagoon area the Pearl is famed at being the first land in Qatar which became available for freehold ownership by foreign nationals. Apart from the beautiful surrounding, you can also shop at some of the most high-end shopping malls you will find in Qatar.

Qatar National Museum

The Qatar National Museum is the second largest museum that you will come across in Doha and it holds an impressive range of artifacts and relics. The architecture of the museum itself is interesting and the museum won the Agha Khan award in the year 1980 for the rehabilitation of Islamic Culture.
